Lugene was raised in Des Plaines, Illinois before moving to Colorado when she was 12 years old. She started at PFS in April, 2018 in a part time position helping out on projects and became full time in November of 2018. She has known Jeff and Jean for more than 30 years, as they are neighbors and their children grew up together. She worked as an office manager/bookkeeper and paralegal in Colorado Springs for 21 years before coming to PFS. Before that she was self-employed for over 13 years in the transportation industry. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her two dogs, gardening, reading, and most of all having "sleep-overs" with her two granddaughters.
